GENERATION

Primary Pyrolysis Power Plant

Role in the system

Normal source for the 10 MW Phase I AIDC campus, with installed generation above the stated 13.75 MW design threshold.

How it works

Locally sourced biomass is thermochemically converted into a controlled energy stream. Two 7 MW units form a 14 MW primary plant so one coordinated plant supplies the normal critical load while the EMS supervises operating condition and reserve.

Project & community value
